Outlook Connector for Domino - missing inbox

Hi - I have tried to install the Outlook Connector for
Domino on Outlook 2003 (with Notes 6.03) several times and
everything works EXCEPT I get nothing in my inbox. All
other folders are replicated and if I move something in
Notes from my inbox to a folder, it works fine but nothing
shows up in the inbox. Any help would be greatly
appreciated! Thanks
