Outlook Connector for Domino/Notes - Looping

I've got OCN 99% working. I'm running into a bizzare behavior. Every now and then it seems to go into an infinite loop. The log shows:

2004.08.17 10:44:53 Downloading: False alarm, no message
2004.08.17 10:44:53 Downloading done, Error code = 0x00000000

2004.08.17 10:44:53 Downloading one message
2004.08.17 10:44:56 MAPI XP Call: StartMessage, hr = 0x00000000
2004.08.17 10:44:56 Downloading: False alarm, no message
2004.08.17 10:44:56 Downloading done, Error code = 0x00000000
2004.08.17 10:44:56 Progress: Receiving message (message 808 out of 810, size unknown)

And it just keeps on counting -- 809 out of 811, 810 out of 812...

I'm running Notes 6.5, Outlook 2003, and the OCN for Outlook 2002/2003.

Any suggestions?
