Outlook Connector (for hotmail)

For some reason it's not syncing properly. The folders showing in my hotmail
account don't match the ones showing on the outlook "hotmail" account. I did
create some new folders today, but before I installed outlook connector.

Does anyone know how I can fix this? I've tried doing "send and recieve"
but this hasn't worked.

Where are the folders? (same level as the inbox or under it etc)
If you make folders in outlook do they sync?
Any errors in server status dialog?

Hi,

The folders are at the same level as inbox. I have not used outlook
connector before this.

I have tried adding folder under outlook and seeing if it syncs to hotmail
but it isn't.

I am also using Trillian as my instant messenger (MSN doesn't work on my
work laptop as my work does not support the most recent version but MSN won't
work until I install the latest version). Could this also be a problem?

I don't think messenger affects it - the connector uses a live acct but that
is the only similarity. I'll try and repro with one of my free live accts -
it works as expected with my paid acct.
