Outlook Connector for Lotus Notes

I use the connector to sync my work Lotus notes Calendar onto Outlook so that
I can then have ActiveSync update the calendar on my Pocket PC (attached by
USB to my PC). Generally this works fine EXCEPT for one thing - when the
connector and Outlook are running and synced to my Notes any Calandar Meeting
Invitations are automatically accepted without me having a chance to accept
or decline. I've checked the settings in both Notes and Outlook and auto
accept invitations is disabled in both of them. Does anyone know why this
happens?
