Outlook Connector for MSN has encountered an error.

I recently converted to using MSN 9 to take advantage of it's ability to pass info to Outlook. Now I get the following message when ever I add a new contact or update an existing contact to either Outlook 2002 or to my Pocket PC: "Microsoft Outlook Connector for MSN has encountered an error. Please try restarting Outlook. If the issue continues, please contact support (http://g.msn.com/OCR1033/6)". Restarting Outlook does not resolve anything. I'm using Intelisync 3.7.1 with my IPAQ. Same thing happens when I write a new Note. Also, I have not been able to locate http://g.msn.com/OCR1033/6.
