Outlook Connector Maxed out sync error...

Candice

I am unable to send/recieve emails to my Windows Live Hotmail account via
outlook connector running Outlook 2002.

I am getting the following error
Time: 8/18/2008 3:29:28 PM
Error in Mail
There is an error synchronizing your mail account, please call Microsoft
support to resolve this issue.
Error: 3206. Server. User has maxed out their sync relationship quota.

Can you please advise. I just setup a new Live hotmail account yesterday,
and it was working yesterday, but today I can't seem to send/recieve emails
to my outlook.

What happened when you called Microsoft Support?

I'm having the same error and was unable to get support from Microsoft. I
tried Outlook Connector help and they forwarded me to another group, but that
group charges for support, so I'm not sure what to do. I'm more inclined to
hosting my 'Office Live' site with a paid provider than to pay Microsoft to
support the current environment.

I have two email accounts and the same thing happened on my PC/account about
3 weeks ago and following the fixes in the kb article resulted in having two
PST files in Outlook.

Now, on a brand new PC with fresh Office installation, it worked for 1 1/2
weeks or so and I haven't been able to make it synchronize again. Works fine
through the web interface, but I'd rather use Outlook for all the usual
reasons.

Hi. I have the same problem. Did you find a solution?

Did you intend to post a message with no content of your own or is that last
sentence really yours?

Hello Candice,
Like you I've been all over the internet trying to find a solution that
works for the exact problem you had. Only mine was with Outlook 2003. I'm
convinced it doesn't exist. Can't even get through to Microsoft to get an
answer.

Did you ever get an answer other than uninstall and reinstall that worked
for you?

Thanks Bob

This indicates with near certainly that your problem is on the Microsoft
server and nothing you do in Outlook can address the issue. You'll have to
keep trying to get through to Microsoft.
