Outlook Connector not synchronising email from Hotmail?

Is anyone else experiencing problems with Microsoft Office Outlook Connector
not synchronising email from Hotmail?

I'm getting the following error message:

Error in Mail
The server reported a temporary error.
Error: 5102. Server. Xfs request 'SyncBinary' failed. Response code:
'InternalServerError', server response: '999 0'.

I've tried a Google search and found some similar issues but not been able
to find a fix that works. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling still no luck.
