Outlook Connector--Product ID not valid

I'm trying to send a support request, and the Microsoft system keeps telling
me my Outlook Connector product ID is not valid. I am copying it directly off
About Outlook Connector screen, so I am using the proper product ID. Any
suggestions? Thank you.
