Outlook Connector Sync Relationship Quota

I can empathized with all of you. My Outlook connector stopped receiving
emails too. I accidently found the Server Status log and read the following:
"Outlook Connector Version 12.0.4518.1068

Account: (e-mail address removed)

Session timed out. Automatically re-signed in at 10/10/2008 3:32:08 PM


Mail: Last successfully refreshed at 8:18 PM.

Calendar: Error at 3:32 PM.

Contacts: Last successfully refreshed at 8:18 PM.


Errors :

Time: 10/10/2008 3:32:09 PM
Error in Calendar
Outlook Connector is available only to subscribers.
Time: 10/10/2008 3:32:10 PM
Error in Mail
There is an error synchronizing your mail account, please call Microsoft
support to resolve this issue.
Error: 3206. Server. User has maxed out their sync relationship quota"

Even updating the connector has not helped and my email on the server is
just getting bigger and bigger. I do not have an hotmail account and the
email the connector is retrieving is from my Office Live Basics site so I
cannot choose to go get it and must rely on the Connector to do its job.

Please MVPs, we need help and even though the error message above says call
MS Support, good luck trying to find the number or even putting in an email
chat request. Since the required PID is being required in the wrong format,
it is definitely stopping us from getting the needed help ourselves. My site
also happens to be my non-pofit business so many more are loosing out when we
cannot respond to them.
