Outlook Connector Upgrades are failing to install & disabling ema

I opened Microsoft Office Outlook and I was given an option to upgrade
Outlook Connector. I attempted to install the upgrade. All attempts failed.
I cannot send/receive in Microsoft Office Outlook. I must send Excel
Reports with an email
option as a single sheet(distribution header) frequently. Microsoft Office
Outlook was working fine last night but, now I can't send or receive any
email in Microsoft
Office Outlook. I have Qwest/DSL-MSN Premium Services and I purchased
Outlook Live-Outlook Connector directly from MSN. I understand from MSN that
Qwest is not only my Internet Service Provider but, my server for MSN
Explorer. MSN Explorer supports Microsoft Office Outlook-Outlook Connector.
I must send Excel
Reports frequently as a single sheet with a distribution header. I have
been informed several times by Qwest Technical Support that they refuse to
suppot
Microsoft Office Outlook. I was even given a three way telephone call by MSN
to fix it and they refuse. I finally resorted to a shortcut on the Outbox
and that helped for a while. I'm rather annoyed with Qwest because they are
selling MSN
and then refusing to support products/services that are sold as enhancements
by MSN.

Any great ideas?

I'm afraid to use some of the upgrades to Microsoft Office because they may
fail to
function! I could have a payroll due or other important tasks to complete
with a firm
committment and deadline and not be able to complete the task!
