Outlook Connector won't install

Hi

I cannot install Outlook Connector on Windows XP SP 3, Office 2003 (Outlook
2003 (v 11.5608.5606) SP 3:

Error Message:

"This language version of Outlook Connector cannot be installed with your
existing language or MUI languages of Outlook. ..."

I Set Language to English (US) for both Office and Windows (Regional
Settings) but it still won't install. Any ideas?

Further to this in System Info I found under Office 2003 Environment

Language: 1033 (assuming this is English US)
Install Language: 3081 (assuming this is English Australia)
