Outlook Connector

I keep getting message that connector needs to be updated, but fails to
install. It says it cannot remove the old program. I have no idea what to
do as I cannot remove it from the control panel either.

You could possibly use the Windows Installer clean-up utility to remove the
record of the previous version being installed.
