I have a fairly new notebook computer, and Windows Vista Premium, with
Outlook 2007. When I try to download Outlook Connector, and restart my
computer, once I open Outlook, the Outlook Connector Wizard is not appearing.
I went to Tools, Trust Center, Add-Ins, COM Addin for Microsoft Office
Outlook Connector C:\...SMAPI\1033\MSNCON32.dll is shown in the Inactive apps
list. When I click go in the Manage COM Addins drop down, COM Addin for
Connector is unchecked. I clicked on the check mark, then a error came up
saying "The connected state of Office Add-Ins registered in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE cannot be changed."
