Outlook Connector

I appear to have lost this facility!! Used to be able to see both my Hotmail
& Orange email from my inbox in Outlook 2007 but for some reason over
Christmas this no longer synchs my Hotmail so now I have to go online into
Hotmail to get it.

How do I resurrect this?
