Outlook connects to the MAPI server's web site on startup

Hello, I'm accessing a MAPI server from outlook 2002 (Using Bynari's
Insight Connector).
On the MAPI server machine, also runs an http server which is password
protected (No pages can be viewed without sending username and password
via http).

Outlook tries to access the http server for some unclear reason when it
is started.
Which brings up the Internet Explorer user\password dialog box, and
until the correct user and password combination is entered, outlook
won't load.

Can anyone tell me why outlook connects to the server using http, and
how to prevent it from doing so?

Do you have Outlook set to display a folder home page?
