Outlook Constipated

I am using Outlook 2003 SP1 and finding that when I send mail with large
attachments it gets stuck in my outbox. Smaller mail, sent later, even jumps
ahead of it. Has anyone else seen this? Does anyone know how to fix the
problem?

How large an attachment? Most ISPs have size limits on email message which
you might be exceeding.
