Outlook Contact Custumizing / Design the contact form

Hello, My name is Wouter and I am Dutch living in France.

I am developing, for my wife who is a Medical Specialist, a patient EMR data
base. Part of this DB is Outlook Contacts.

The form of Outlook Contact I am customizing by clicking on the General Tab;
then under Tools I click Form – Design this form. In the Design mode I have
the Control Toolbox open. Now I want to create a field with a so called Combo
Box which gives me the possibility of a “drop down†field.

My question is: Once I placed this drop down field in my form how can I
great in a drop down list? I thank you for helping me finding an answer to
this issue.
