Outlook Contact Name Detail - Title Dropdown

Using both Outlook 2007/2003 to store multi language titles e.g. Mr.
Monsieur, etc also ranks in the armed forces. Whilst I can type in the
appropriate title individually is there a way to add some of the more common
titles to the dropdown list?
