Outlook ContactItem as vCard?

Hey

I am hoping to get contacts out of Outlook and send them a vCards via
SMS. Is there any quick way to get a vCard string from a ContactItem or
do I have to get each element separately and form my own string?

Any help would be great.

Forgot to mention I'm using C#.

You'd have to get each element and create your own. You can only save an
Outlook contact or any other item using SaveAs as a MSG file.
