Outlook Contacts, Address Book

I have migrated between computers and now my Contacts and Address Books are
corrupt in some way. When I look into Contacts or Address Book there is
nothing there, yet when I compose a "New" email and type the first letter of
the recipients email id in the "To" field, the recipients email id appears in
the drop down list.

The autocomplete list doesn't come from the same place as the Contacts. Have
you tried to copy your contacts from where they were to your current
folders? How did you migrate from the old machine to the current one? Do you
know if your Personal Folder (PST) file got copied over to the new machine?

How exactly did you migrate outlook data?
The typing of an address in the To box is completely seperate from Contacts,
or Address Book
