Outlook Contacts All Messed Up (related to MYOB 14)

Hey ,

When i export the data from MYOB 14 and try to import it
with outlook it comes out all dissorganized and people
names in wrong places. Could someone help me with the
fields i need to export from MYOB and import to outlook
so it isnt messy?
