outlook contacts and public folders

Hello,

is the following possible if so how.

what i am trying to do, i have created a public folder to store all business
contacts into. can i place a link in outlook 2003 that replaces the
standard link to the personal contacts?

using outlook 2003 and outlook XP
Exchange 2003 SP1
