Outlook contacts and SharePoint

I am running Outlook 07 and SharePoint 10. We are trying to get our contact
list out of sharePoint into Outlook for a contact list and have it update
realtime. Is this possible and if so how do we go about doing this? Thanks
for any help in advance.
