I have a user that in the past when he viewed his Contacts by category all
was fine. For example if a particular contact was in more than one
category, it would show each category and the contact would show up under
each category.
Now however Outlook is creating a new category that contains all the names
of the categories that contact is in.
He is unsure when this actually started, but at the beginning of the year we
migrated from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003.
The client software used is Outlook 2003.
Is there a setting to make this behave the way it did before? Thanks.
