Outlook contacts causes outlook 2002 to crash

Mark

Hi,

I have been using my contacts list for a long time and a
few days ago when I tried to click on one of my contacts
it caused Outlook to crash with the following
message: "Outlook has caused an error in MSO9.DLL, Outlook
will now close". I have tried to repair it by
uninstalling outlook 2002 and re-installing from CD. It
did not work, I then deleted MSO9.DLL and used the reair
facility to put back the DLL from CD and it still did not
work. Any suggestions would be greately appreciated.

Your problem mirrors mine exactly which i experienced
yesterday after importing contacts from Access. I also
uninstalled and re-installed from CD twice but still get
exactly the same error message. If you find a solution
please let me know as I'm drawing blanks everywhere

Many thanks
