Outlook contacts is listed with fax info????

Hello,

When creating a new email and I go to the Outlook contacts
to select a recipient, it will list the contact once with
there email address, once with their bussiness fax, and
another with their 2nd email address. I would like to only
see them listed ONCE, only with their primary email
address. How can I do that?

I am running in an exchange 2000 environment.
My workstation is Windows 2000 Professional.
Running Outlook 2002 sp2.

Any help would be apreciated.

Not as easy way around this especially if you have lots of Contacts with fax
addresses, couple of options:
Move the fax number from a fax field in the contact and place in another
field or in the Notes Area of the contact the other option is to place an
Alpha character in front of the fax number.
