I am having a problem in Outlook 2003 and/or Outlook 2007. The Contacts
located in the users mailbox is not available when trying to use an address
in there to send a message. I have read hundreds of posts about adding the
Outlook Address Book and checking the box to make sure the Contacts is using
the Outlook Address book (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287563), but
nothing seems to work. The box remains grayed out and unchecked. I have
deleted profiles, reinstalled, removed/re-added the outlook address book,
scoured the registry. Nothing seems to work. I know many people out there
are having this same problem, but I am wondering if anyone has found a
solution.

You must start with a new mail profile.
