Outlook Contacts printing

I am looking for a means of printing out full sheets of contact information.
I would like to use an Avery sheet to print mailing labels for contacts in my
Christmas list. This would allow me to peel of a label and place it on the
envelope. Any ideas?

Have you consider doing a mail Merge from your Contact folder?

I believe the feature is called Import/Export in newer versions of
Outlook. You will need to export your contact list into a format
recognizable to Microsoft Word. You can read an article on doing a
mail merge in Microsoft Word at the link below.

You should also consider purchasing your label sheets from
OnlineLabels.com as opposed to purchasing Avery brand at the office

No, it is not Import/Export but using a mail merge to labels. Word will use
whatever address book you designate so exporting defeats the purpose of mail
merges since Word cannot use the exported data.

Thank you for your answer to my post. After playing with mail merge I was
finally successful in generating the labels. You are correct regarding the
Import/Export. This is not required as mail merge can read from a number of
different contact list. Now if one could select a given catagory within
Outlook and merge only that catagory,....Oh well. Great job and thank you for
your assistance.

We have a program at our office called 'Aladdins'. It is very user-friendly.
You can get a trial version off the net. It is perfect for ALL address
labels, envelopes, shipping labels using a quick set up menu. I'm not sure
of the cost but you might check it out.
