Microsoft claim they listen. If so then the following feature will be
available n the next version of outlook as it has been requested more times
than there are entries in goggles search index! All contacts should have "sub
contacts". This will allow one entry for a company then have all of the
employees as "sub contacts". When a company relocates you only have to update
1 address not 20,000+. This could be developed further so that you can have a
main contacts as the company name with head office address phone number's
etc, then sub contacts which could be department or different offices within
the company (some may have the same address other may not), then sub, sub
contacts which are the individual people within the company. This would also
allow people who also store personal contacts to store families together in
different households. The world is screaming for this functionality, but are

and structured. So please develop your software to work how we want, don’t
make as work how you develop software. PLEASE (I am asking nicely)
