Outlook Contacts (total number of items) vs items found in the Search box is different

Hello all,

Using Outlook 2003 sp2, have a shared mailbox with multiple Contacts
folders. Having a problem with one of the sub-folders showing a
different number of total number of items in it.

The Total Number of items shows as [892] but the total number is
different if I do an advanced search within the contact folder as it
finds [887] items . I started comparing the search view sorted by
"File As" and the Contact view list A to B, and backwards Y to V and
stopped there.

Is there a tool or an easy way to find where the 5 extras or orphans
are coming from ?
