Outlook contacts vs. OE WAB

the contacts I have added to my address book since I started using Outlook
(2002)
can only be alphabetized by first name. Only the imported WAB files from
the old Outlook Express (6.0) address book remain in order by last name. I
have
tried everything, but I suspect there is some fundamental difference between
Outlook contacts and WAB files from Outlook Express.

If you respond via email, pls remove the extra "@"

Select:
EMAIL ACCOUNTS
DIRECTORY
"VIEW OR CHANGE EXISITING DIRECTORIES OR ADDRESS BOOK"
Select:
OUTLOOK ADDRESS BOOK
CHANGE
You should a dialog box at the bottom allowing you to
change the sort order.
