Hi,
In our AD we created many contacts which have external email
address(clients' email) - we have some users (employees) with similar names
as in the contacts: ie
John Doe([email protected]) - John Doe([email protected])
when someone wants to send an email to John Doe([email protected],) he/she
types the name John - both John Doe appear - in the past employees have sent
sensitive info to the wrong John Doe by selecting the wrong person from the
list ...
my question is - is there any way to prevent the contacts' John
Doe([email protected])
name to appear when typing the names on the outlook compose window ....
we are facing a serious problem with this... can anyone help resolving this
issue ...
any input would be greatly appreciated.
