Outlook contacts

i was wondering whether anyone can help, i am connected
to a Network using MS excchange, i can view my company
contacts but not my own contacts database, when right
clicking and selecting properties on the contacts tab and
go to outlook address book the tab saying "show this
folder as an email address book" is blocked out.do you
know how i can veiw this.
