Outlook Contacts

My wife is considering moving off of ACT and trying to
manage her contacts with Outlook. It seems like you
should be able to link both Emails and Word documents
back to your contacts in Outlook, but I haven't found
instructions for this. Can Outlook be used to handle
these functions?

Open a contact and go to the activities tab, look at the
pull down "show all". You can see all the e-mail, tasks,
calendar events and journal entries or show all.
