i am trying to do some work for my boss and i am not very
familiar with outlook. he has contacts that he needs in
his address book but he also needs some of these contacts
to be put into categories. there are coaches names that
he needs but he also needs to have them under the
category of what school they work for. he wants to be
able to send individual emails to these coaches and to
also be able to send an email to everyone in the category
of that school. he would also like to be able to pull up
the whole category of everyone at that school and just
temporarily remove one or two of the names from the
mailing list for certain emails. please help
