Outlook Contants & Word Envelope creator

When trying to add a contact to Word's envelope creator,
not all of the contacts appear. Only the ones with a fax
number or an email address show up in the list. How can I
change it to show ALL possable contacts. Not all contacts
have a fax/email but still has a mailing address.the
envelope doesnt even need these two items anyways.

There must be more to this story, then. I suspect this was not a clean
install. Provide your upgrade path and how you configured your Outlook
Address Book.
