Hi there,
I am developing an addin for Outlook 2000, XP and 2003. Everything works
fine on all three versions, except for one annoying problem in Outlook 2000.
The addin is supposed to add a button to the standard command bar in Outlook
when the user opens a new inspector to write a message.
The problem is that the button is created on the standard command bar in
Outlook, but the standard commandbar is not shown when using Word as email
editor and the format is RTF. I can not programatically force outlook to
show the standard command bar, the command bar is not shown nomatter what i
do.
I have tried adding the button to Words standard commandbar by accessing the
word application running in the background with no luck.
I have tried adding a new command bar with a button to this the inspector
with no luck.
I have tried adding a new command bar to the Word Application running in the
background with no luck.
Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem ?
Cheers
