We recently switched a company across to Terminal Services, since then a
strange issue has started to occur. Before the switch over this had happened
on another user, but was solved by recreating his roaming profile.
When they are sending out outlook suggests the person they are trying to
send to from the last of the ones they used last. Recently users have been
sending to people on this list and they get a bounce back saying destion host
unreachable. If they forward this onto another person to send then that
person can send without a issue. This rules out a DNS issue on the server.
If the .NK2 file is deleted and a new one is recreated then the issue is
resolved, however this is now happening more often. On the AV we have
disabled virus scanning on both the Terminal Server C:\Documents and Settings
and also the Roaming profile path on the main server.
Any ideas what could be causing this corruption.
