Outlook crash in calendar.

I am in Outlook, and when I go to Calendar, it closes
down. Usually when I go to Month view and try to open a
date. An error I was getting was: The instruction
at "0x30b09ade" referenced memory at "0x0260fffc". The
memory could not be "read".

HELP!!! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
