Outlook Crash when saving Notes

When I try and save a Note in Outlook 11, I often get an Outlook crash as per
below from the Event Log:

Type: Error, Event ID: 1000
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.6353.0, stamp 408f2937,
faulting module outllib.dll, version 11.0.6359.0, stamp 40c8adfd, debug? 0,
fault address 0x0002703e.
Any ideas as to what may be causing this?
Workstation: WinXP, 512K RAM, plenty disk space.
Server: Exchange Server 2003 running on Windows Server 2003.
