Dear Roady,
Thanks for your reply, actually I have two senarios:
1. the first one when I open an e-mail(just one e-mail) it closes down
without giving any error messages, and no errors are created in the event
viewer.
2. the second one is when i open a mail from certain sender, and it gives me
the following error message
Exact error message?
"Microsoft outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. we
are sorry for the inconvenience"
What is logged to the Event Viewer? the following error is created in the event viewer:
"Faulting application outlook.exe, version 10.0.2627.1, faulting module
mshtml.dll version 6.0.2600.0, fault address 0x00123704"
Version of Outlook? Office 2003
Type of account? POP/SMTP
Actually opening the message by double click or previewing it in the Reading
Pane?
