Outlook Crashes - Moving contact

When I try to move a contact from Contacts to Business Contacts under the
Business Contact Manager Folder, Outlook crashes and send an error message to
MS. This happens whether I open the contact up and use File, Move to Folder
and Select the folder or drag and drop from contact folder to the other.
Does anyone know if a fix has been found?

Hi Solomon,

In order to copy your Outlook contact into Business Contacts folder, use
drag-drop. In order to make a copy of the contacts, keep the "Control" key
pressed while doing the drag-drop.

Thank you for your reply.
Although I have used the method of drag and drop, Outlook still
intermittently crashes with this method also. I have high hopes for the
product but so far it's been a little frustrating.

How were these contacts entered into Outlook? ie.. where they manually
entered or were they scanned from business cards etc...
