Outlook crashes on send

I have Office XP (2002) running under Windows XP. Both
Windows and Office are fully updated.

Outlook frequently closes when I click send. It is less
apt to do so if I save the email first, but it still does
so sometimes.

I have tried a new Profile and it still does it (so my
PST file cannot be the culprit). I have uninstalled,
rebooted and reinstalled and it still does it. I have
tried installing Outlook 2000 instead of 2002 and it
still does it.

I use Norton Anti-Virus and PGP, both running in the
background. Could one of these be the problem? Any ideas
how I can pinpoint what the problem is please?

Hi Harry,

Have you tried to uninstal the anti virus progs first and
then try, at least it will eliminate the anti virus progs
as the culprits
