outlook crashes when accessing pst-files

we have 2 windows 2003 servers acting as terminal servers with citrix and
office 2003 sp1 installed. everytime a user wants to create or open an
pst-file outlook 2003 crashes. when i delete the pst-file outlook opens fine
again. are there any known issues with pst-files and windows server 2003 or
terminal services? jens

HI Jens,
have you tried to repair the current pst file with scanpst.exe?

hi andreas, all pst-files are affected. and also it doesn't matter if i
choose an existing pst on any client or if i create a new one - outlook 2003
always crashes on the two citrix servers..... and therefore on all citrix
clients! any other ideas? jens

HI Jens,
than try to run an OFFICE REPAIR.
Control Panel > Software > Microsoft Office > Change > choose Repair
