Outlook crashes when asked for new mail from internet

When I click on a page containing
<A HREF="mailto:genericemail @ yahoo.com?
subject=Info">Test</A>

A new mail form pops up, when I want to send the mail,
Outlook gives "WAB Notification Window: Application Error"
"The memory could not be read"

What could be the problem here?
