When I try to access Contacts by clicking on its
shortcut, through the Outlook "tree" or through "View"error and says it has to shutdown. However, I can access
contacts through numerous other programs i.e. "Advanced
Find" in Outlook, my Windows CE Handheld (it will sync
just fine), a Pitney Bowes online stamp program which
accesses the Contacts file, etc. The initial shutdown
problem happened without installing new software or any
other problems or warnings - and continues to happen each
time I try and access Contacts. Can anyone tell me why
this is happening or what I might do to resolve the
problem?
