Outlook crashes when opening email

Hi there,

I'm using Outlook 2003 from small office business Edition.

Everytime I double click on an email, outlook would crash. The problem is
driving me crazy, has anyone out that got a solution to it?

Really need help. Thanks a lot!

Have you tried running Detect and Repair? How about scanpst.exe? What
steps have you already taken to troubleshoot this issue?

In addition to Milly's reply;

Do you use Word or Outlook as the email editor?
Does changing it make a difference?
Does it work correctly in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

What exactly is logged to the Event Viewer regarding this?
