Outlook crashes when selecting folders (Outlook 2003, Exchange 2003)

I recently moved several users from a single mail database, into 2
databases, to keep the size more manageable. After doing so, 1 of the
users, who's mailbox is 1.3GB, crashes whenever he clicks on other
folders in Outlook aside from his Inbox. He's using Outlook 2003, SP2
applied, with the latest updates based on Office Update today. Any
ideas?

We're running Exchange 2003 Enterprise, SP2 - Office 2003 Enterprise,
SP2
