I'm having similar errors as others here, but I'm not sure of the right fixes
to try.
Here's the story:
Out of the blue, after running Outlook for over a year, no problems and will
SP3 installed, Outlook just crashes. I didn't install or change anything in
settings just prior. I had recent run an auto archive, and had created an
archive for specific messages.
My Outlook had just run a sync and pulled a new mail message from the MS
Exchange mail server our company runs. Then, bam...it shuts down, and gives
the error:
Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience.
error signature:
AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 11.0.8010.0 AppStamp:43d16d53
ModName: msmapi32.dll ModVer: 11.0.8002.0 ModStamp:4373069d
fDebug: 0 Offset: 000220bb
I can't get it to run a single send/receive without crashing. What now?
