outlook crashes when trying to reply

I think I got a virus that modified the registry. One change is that Outlook
2003 (XP SP2 OS with latest updates) will crash when I hit Reply. Also, I
cannot print out any e-mails now.

Another possible related change is that in IE7 I cannot type in text boxes
and the Version, Cipher Strength, and Product ID are blank.

Any advise?
